Pre-work for Module 1: Prepare to play/sing a few tunes that you think are good examples of therapeutic music. Don't be nervous; everyone is just learning! If you have time, go ahead and read any two books from the Module 1 list in the Student Handbook. If this is your first module, then you will be contacted by your advisor to be welcomed to the program and given additional information to prepare.

Pre-work for Module 5: Contact the Area Coordinator (information below) regarding any immunizations or other preparations needed for the clinical practicum at this location. Students are required to watch "Being Mortal." Students are also given a quiz to get them thinking about discussion points ahead of the class. It is at the discretion of the teacher whether to require that the students complete and return the quiz to the teacher one week prior to the first day of class. And, as always, keep up with your reading. Read any two books from the Module 5 list in the Student Handbook.
